Da wir oft am Wochenende nach Deutschland fliegen, möchten wir unsere Wohnung für diese Zeit vermieten. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet: in der Kühe ist alles drin (Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, das Herd, alles nötige da), Doppelbett (frische Bettwäsche wird da sein), Fernseher, Waschmaschine. Damit die Kosten falls irgendwas verschwinden oder kaputt gehen sollte gedeckt sind, nehmen wir eine Kaution in der Hohe von 150 eu. Das Geld wird sofort zurück überwiesen (soweit die Wohnung im gleichen Zustand aufgefunden wird). Der Preis ist Vereinbarungssache, 50 - 100 eu pro Tag, kommt drauf an wieviele Leute kommen sollten. Das Vorteil eine Wohnung zu nehmen ist das man selbst kochen kann, das spart viel Geld. Und natürlich wenn man zu dritt oder viert unterwegs ist - die günstigste Alternative überhaupt...
